Frequently Asked Questions
Monograms are traditionally in the order first, LAST, middle with the last name initial being in the center and larger (fLm). I will monogram in the order that is given, so please make sure the order is correct. If you would prefer a different order, be specific about what you want.
If a font is not specified, I will use the font shown on the listing or my best judgement of what will look good with your monogram. Please let me know if you have a specific choice.
Proofs are available upon request. Refunds are NOT given due to a customer disliking the font they chose. If you are concerned about the letters or the way that your name will look, please request a proof to approve prior to work on the item starting.
The size of the names on items when monogrammed is dependent on the number of letters in the name. Longer names will have smaller letters to fit in the space.
If you are ordering multiple items and want the size of the names to all match, please be specific about that. Otherwise the letters will be as large as they can to fit the space and/or we will use our judgement of what size monogram looks best on the item purchased.
We ship all orders via USPS first class mail if they are under 1lb and via priority mail if they are over 1lb.
We do offer a rush service if you are in a hurry.
The rush fee covers the upgraded processing of the item (to get it mailed out within 2 business days) and upgraded shipping to overnight the package to you.

Returns are accepted on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a refund will be granted when the items arrives back in the original condition. The buyer must initiate the refund within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After 14 days, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
There are no returns or exchanges on monogrammed or personalized items.
If there is an issue with the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps.
An effort will be made to contact you if we receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS). We will hold onto RTS items for 45 days after contacting you, and then the item will be donated.
Cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed. Cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.
Please contact us asap if you notice that your tracking information is not updating or if your order has not arrived.
If the tracking information does not update and the order is not received within 30 days (8 weeks for international orders), we will send a replacement order. Orders shown as "delivered" in the USPS tracking system cannot be replaced.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
