Q. How do I tell you the name I want monogrammed?

A. There is a box at checkout that say "Add special instructions for your order..." Please include the child's name in the box and the set will be made customized with that name (so please make sure the spelling is correct!)

 

Q. How long will it take for my item to ship? 

A. The shipping time varies, but you can check the current processing times over on our policies page. 

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Definitely! We love our world wide customers! 

 

Q. How will the item be shipped?

A. We ship all orders via USPS first class mail if they are under 1lb and via priority mail if they are over 1lb. 

 

Q. Eek! I waited until the last minute and now I need this package ASAP! Can I get it any faster?

A. We do offer a rush service if you are in a hurry. The rush fee covers the upgraded processing of the item (to get it mailed out within 2 business days) and upgraded shipping to overnight the package to you. Please email us at info@funkymonkeychildren.com if you are in need of an upgraded order.

 

Q. I think my order may be lost in the mail. Can you send another one?

A: Please contact us asap if you notice that your tracking information is not updating or if your order has not arrived. If the tracking information does not update and the order is not received within 30 days (8 weeks for international orders), we will send a replacement order. Orders shown as "delivered" in the USPS tracking system cannot be replaced. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. 

 

Q. Do you offer wholesale?

A. At this time we do not offer any online wholesale accounts. 

 

Q. How can I send you pictures of my adorable little monkey with his/her FM gear?

A. Email us at info@funkymonkeychildren.com! We loooove to see your sweet littles with their FM swag! And who knows, you might even get a little reward for your sweet picture! *wink wink*
